100 m2 house – frugal by choice

The project was for a couple with two children. They wanted a small and frugal house.The house was completed in 8 lakhs. The terrain of the site and the precincts were badly manipulated by the neighborhood before the design intervention. The design idea was pitched on the expression of the simple programmatic requirements against the 10m high land cut. The zoning of the land was done to accommodate the farming needs of the family.
