“Prasannam” explores on the concepts of visual and experiential delight in a tight urban residential setting. The moment of interest or engagement starts with the theatrical tectonic composition expressing a balance between stillness and dynamism.
The layout of the house is pivoted on the central connecting space which also houses the dining . This space on either side has large openings that frames the greenery and paths the predominant wind that becomes the lung space of the house.
