Jayakumar House
Jayakumar House | Trivandrum
The house along a cross road junction with tall teak trees. The design of the house pivoted on the patio craved into the built mass and overlooking the trees. The multi leveled site offered opportunity for dual vehicular entry, the front entrance for the guests and the side lower entrance to the home owners. The patio, adjacent to the dining and family living room became a pleasant space for the kids to play and adults to relax.
