The design of the central bake house and multiple outlets. The pilot project involved creating a design vocabulary with theme and elements to be recreated in various contexts. The traditional community precincts of the region formed the basis of the design. Verandah spaces with the traditional columns became the show racks and seating spaces (thinnah) for the guests. An open to sky space became the cafeteria space.
